Injury Crisis; Neymar Jnr Out Of Real Madrid Clash After Suffering Broken Metatarsal.



Paris Saint German has confirmed that their playmaker Neymar Jnr has suffered a broken metatarsal and sprained ankle.

The young lad picked up the injury during their last game against Marseille which they won 3-0. It’s confirmed that he may likely miss out in the next week champions league clash with the Spanish giant ‘Real Madrid’.


The Brazilian striker was seen in tears while he was been stretchered off the pitch following a rough tackle from Bouna Sarr of Marseille. A complimentary examination that was performed, revealed Antero Sprain of the right ankle and also the associated existence of a fissure of the fifth metatarsal, a club statement read.

It is expected that Neymar will be fit again before the end of the league season and hopefully to feature in the world cup in Russia. He could likely miss out in Brazil’s international friendly games against Russia and Germany in late March 2018.
