Sergi Roberto Extends His Stay In Bacelona Until 2022



The 26years old who has made 34 appearances this season and have 18 months left in his current contract, have signed a new contract extension worth £440million  until 2022 league season, ending a possible move away from the camp nou.

Bacelona president, Erneste Valverde had ensured that the young lad had been tied down to a long term deal with a release clause of £440million .
Speaking to the press, the young lad confesses that-; “he has always wanted to be in the club, I have been a Bacelona fan since I was a little boy. I have been at Bacelona for 12years now and my main aim is to stay as long as possible: Roberto said.

Sergi Roberto broke into the Bacelona first team squad as a centre midfielder but has often been deployed at right back more often following the departure of Dani Alves to Juventus in 2016. He has since then enjoyed a trophy laden career with Bacelona. He has four laliga tittles, two champions league crowns and a Copa Del Rey tittle to his name.
