West Ham striker Caroll was sent home from West Ham United training on Monday.
The Englishman was furiously upset during Sunday's humiliating loss to Manchester City after which David Moyes used up all available three substitutions without featuring him on the pitch.
The head coach assured that he will "deal with" Carroll, and according to report from Sky Sports, the pair were involved in a heated argument before Moyes sent the striker off the training pitch home.
The 29 years old, has struggled with injury problems but has still made 16 appearances this season so far for his club.
