Marc Navarro, a full-back or centre-half signed a five year deal with the English club side Watford for an undisclosed fee. The young lad rose to fame through the youth academy at Bacelona.
In a press statement released on Watford websites, the club’s president said: “Marc Navarro has attracted a lot of interest from numerous European clubs, therefore we are excited to have successfully secured his services.
Navarro, left Barcelona for city rivals Espanyol at aged 16 naking his first La Liga debut in January 2017, scoring in a 3-1 triumph over Granada and went on to make 36 appearances.
Earlier in the week, Watford also reached an agreement to sign midfielder Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona for an initial sum of €13 million euros(£11.47 million) after a successful loan career last season.
