Following last weekend fixtures game involving Totteham defeating Bournemouth, the striker suffered an injury on his right ankle.
The striker was seen being lifted off the pitch in the 34thminutes after a horrible collision with Bournemouth goal keeper Asmir Begovic, as he scored a goal which was disallowed for offside. His fellow team mate Erik Lamela was brought in to replace the injured player.
Totteham Hotspur head coach confirmed to skysport that the striker injury was in his right ankle, possibly ligaments, similar to the injury sustained against sunderland early last season.
